Job Summary

A key role on the CMG Technology team, the Systems Analyst, CCP works with stakeholders on both the technology and business teams to understand user needs and organizational objectives.  This position will need to be well-versed in industry best practices surrounding enterprise collaboration platforms and able to support the implementation of strategy, support product roadmaps, as well as deliver on requirements, from initial project planning to product launch and through ongoing user adoption.

The Systems Analyst III, Technology - Security, Collaboration & Productivity is responsible for producing and delivering collateral for product marketing, and the socialization and training campaigns to ensure product adoption rates are high. This position will also be a primary point of contact for feedback and feature requests.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Work with business and technology stakeholders across the company to understand collaboration, productivity and identity management platform requirements.
  • Support relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders, existing (Microsoft) and prospective vendor partners.
  • Evangelize the platform(s), market the solution enterprise wide and drive adoption across the enterprise
  • Implement collaboration, productivity and identity management platform strategies, their adoption efforts and related roadmap(s) that will address deliverables, requirements and timelines.
  • Provide ongoing administration and support for enterprise collaboration and identity management platforms.
  • Integrate tools and solutions to improve end user experience according to developed roadmap and timelines
  • Support the full life cycle efforts surrounding collaboration and identity management platforms, configuration and development deliverables.
  • Participate in the development of communications and training around the platform to drive adoption

 

 

What we look for

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an IT related role focusing on product management/implementations
  • Substantial experience deploying/maintaining collaboration toolsets, including Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange Server and Online, Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Identity Management, etc)
  • Understanding of enterprise social collaboration platforms and their integrations with key enterprise systems
  • Experience managing cultural changes within the workplace and experience with developing cultural, collaboration, and transition plans
  • Experience with Agile based work processes, and knowledge of project management tools and objectives
  • Motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively to solve routine and complex problems effectively
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and strong writing and briefing skills
  • Ability to work independently, produce quality products and be results driven under time constraints.
  • Must demonstrate strong facilitation and customer interaction skills.
  • Strong desire to take ownership of IT portfolio and drive a product roadmap
  • Experience with user experience design and/or creative processes
  • Drive to design something new, innovative, and potentially disruptive
  • Broad exposure to communication technologies and operational security issues and techniques
