WFXT Boston 25 is in search of an enterprising Part-Time News Reporter who loves breaking news and telling valuable local stories. The successful candidate loves to cultivate their sources, wants to be the lead story in the newscast, and hates getting beat. The seasoned reporter should love to dig for extra information, excel at reporting live in the field, and be comfortable in developing situations. The ideal Reporter candidate is expected to be skilled at using social media to gather information on stories, and to break stories. At least 3 years of experience as a news reporter is preferred. This is a part-time role, and the candidate will be scheduled at least 20 hours a week.
