Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partnering (TV, Radio, Content, Digital), the Regional Director, HRBP is a key member of the People Solutions team. Located in Pittsburgh, PA, he/she partners with the platform leaders, collaborates with COEs and leads the development and implementation of progressive people and organizational programs that will transform the business and enable it for future growth and success.
This strategic leader will be regarded by the assigned client group(s) as a senior leader in people performance and will help shape the culture of the organization while building a high-performance work environment.
