What we look for

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a AC/ Hot AC/ Country or CHR experience. 
• Track record of success in PPM rated markets.  
• Track record of PPM success with a content driven music forward morning show. 
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Computer skills for audio delivery and automations systems, such as WideOrbit, Adobe Audition etc. 
• Extensive digital experience with station web sites, social media, and mobile. 
• Proven leadership and management skills, strategic thinking skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision while motivating and inspiring those around them. 
• Understanding of PPM audience measurement, FCC rules and regulations, and will have the proven ability to work together with the sales and promotions to create opportunities that generate revenue. 
• Experience with event management, image copy writing, a deep knowledge and understanding of music scheduling and effective digital engagement are required. 
• Experience with music scheduling using Music Master software  
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with an awesome team already in place. 
• Passion for the format and the market 
• Flexibility and ability to wear more than one hat to get the job done
