Job Summary

This role is a cross functional partner with People Solutions, Finance and Accounting to manage incentive practices across the Television, Radio, and Corporate functions.  It is responsible for ensuring accurate flow of data between ADP, SuccessFactors and SAP.  This role is responsible for sales bonuses, commissions and annual bonuses through design, calculations, and reporting.                                                       

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiles, calculates and processes incentive payouts; additionally, reviews/analyzes data and summarizes findings.
  • Manages data within APD (core HR), SuccessFactors and other systems that interface with incentive payouts. Continuously looks to streamline and automate processes.
  • Identify reporting and system issues, gaps in processes, and drives timely resolution.
  • Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR and Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results.
  • Performs basic research and analysis to identify and resolve incentive discrepancies related to various financial and/or business data included for incentives and/or reporting.
  • Is the subject matter expert on company policies and processes with impacts to incentives.
  • Fields questions from employees and/or other teams on incentives or related matters.
  • Responsible for management of incentive platforms including program development, maintenance, and budgets.
  • Other duties as assigned.



What we look for

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years recent experience in sales operations, or sales compensation (sales compensation experience highly preferred)
  • At least 5+ years in Finance or Compensation
  • Incentive compensation management system experience preferred
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented, requiring limited supervision
