Job Summary

This role will lead design, communication, and administration initiatives for CMG’s Health and Welfare Plans.  The role will partner with the VP, Total Rewards and executive leadership to shape CMG’s benefits offerings within the context of listening to CMG employees, the People Solutions strategy and business objectives.  Key areas of responsibility include management of CMG’s benefits broker/consultant, medical, prescription and dental oversight, voluntary and flexible benefits, time off programs, disability vendor management, retirement program and overall assessment of benchmarks and financial performance.                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for the design of CMG’s health and wellness programs inclusive of voluntary benefits.
  • Project lead the annual open enrollment cycle: identification of potential changes that support CMG’s employee needs, support the financial modeling, building executive presentations, working with the Communications team on the communications plan and partnering with the HR Operations team to ensure ADP is set up for enrolling employees.
  • Partner with HR Services team to ensure ADP MyLife Advisors has all the pertinent information they need to support employee questions.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to manage benefits communications, marketing and employee engagement.
  • Manage all vendors and ensure vendors are delivering acceptable service levels.
  • Build out an internal metrics dashboard to report on items such as enrollments, frequently asked questions, plan financials, cases, and vendor grades.
  • Manages the health and welfare compliance calendar and make certain any employee communication is written and delivered with the employee in mind.
  • Review and updates all plan documents such as Summary Plan Descriptions, SBCs and enrollment guide.
  • Acts as the escalation point for all employee questions that are out of scope for vendors.
  • Manage all health and welfare budget which includes auditing and timely processing of invoicing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
