Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for enabling a positive employee experience starting with onboarding through the full employment cycle focusing on employee services and support.  This position responds to all emails in the HR Operations mailbox ensuring excellent service to our active and former employees.  Key areas of responsibility include efficiently managing a large amount of data incoming through a variety of communication channels, using problem solving skills to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and effectively apply data matching to key or correct HR information that comes in from the HR Operations mailbox, system file feeds or ADP workflows.                             

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional levels of customer service to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
  • Maintains accurate and timely employee records for processes such as hires, terminations, leave, pay and job changes
  • Responsible for thorough and timely data entry in HRIS system along with maintaining the documentation trail associated with these activities
  • Guides employees through onboarding activities including online form completion, enrollment into benefits, I-9 and E-Verify completion, etc.
  • Communicates proactively to payroll team any employee changes (hires, terminations, pay changes, transfers, leaves of absence) that may affect the payroll process.
  • Assists with creating and distributing ad hoc reports
  • Supports the People Solutions team with HR Technology system enhancements, design, testing and deployment
  • Collaborates regularly with cross functional teams in Finance, Legal, IT or external providers to ensure data aligns with systems
  • Responds to unemployment benefit claims and assists with requests for verification of information
  • Contributes to the development and improvement of People Solutions standard operating procedures, processes, and policies
  • Maintains accurate online employee files and physical files for corporate employees.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to monitor multiple communication channels at once (email, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner across functional teams
