Cox Media Group Tampa seeks a Director of Top 40 Content and Program Director to lead Hot 101.5 (WPOI Top 40 Tampa Bay’s NEW Hit Music and Magic 94.9 Tampa Bay’s Best Music), the #1 CHR and #1 AC stations in Tampa Bay. The Hot 101.5/Magic 94.9 Director of Branding & Programming will be responsible for working with the strategic team to develop and execute strategy for the brand. The individual must have an intimate understanding of the Top 40 and AC/HAC life group and be able to design focused content to the audience’s evolving desires and habits.
This person will also provide consultation to our Top 40 formatted stations, helping the local team analyze Nielsen data and market research while staying connected to industry trends that keep our award-winning stations highly rated in their local markets. The Director of Top 40 Content will also be networked in the format to help CMG attract strong programming and on-air talent for openings in the company.
