KAYU-TV is looking for an Account Executive to join our team!
This position is responsible for selling commercial time on KAYU-TV, MyNet/ANTENNA-TV, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include sales, avail preparation, client meetings, accurate order completion, ratings and research interpretation, and proposals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Sell commercial airtime to clients and businesses primarily located in the greater Spokane area
- Work closely with advertising agencies making proposals and negotiating rates
- Develop new direct accounts on an ongoing basis
- Contact and service existing clients and agencies
- Prepare avails and proposals for clients using existing system
- Write correspondences and orders
- Project and attain sales goals
- Coordinate sales efforts with the production and promotion departments
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Perform related duties as assigned
